FAQ
Lash extensions last throughout your natural lash growth cycle, which is usually 4โ6 weeks. However, we recommend getting refills every 2โ3 weeks to keep them looking full and fresh.
Yes, but you must keep them completely dry for the first 24โ48 hours to allow the adhesive to cure properly. After that, you can get them wet, but avoid hot steam and vigorous rubbing.
You usually donโt need mascara when you have lash extensions. However, if you choose to use it, use a water-based mascara specifically designed for lash extensions. Note: Do not use waterproof mascara, as it can break down the bond of the adhesive.
Wash your lashes at least once daily with an oil-free lash extension foam cleanser. Use a soft brush to gently remove oil, makeup, and bacteria.
No, not if they are applied correctly. Damage only happens if lashes are too heavy, too long, or incorrectly isolated during application.
It is normal to lose 1โ4 natural lashes per day as part of the natural lash growth cycle. Since extensions are attached to those lashes, it may look like the extensions are falling out more than usual, but it is a normal shedding process.
No. Avoid pulling or picking at your lash extensions. This can pull out your healthy natural lashes and may cause damage or gaps in your lash line. Always have them professionally removed if needed.
Lash extension application should not hurt. You might feel a slight tickling sensation or the cool feeling of gel pads, but there should be no pain. If you feel any pinching or burning, please let your lash technician know immediately.
The key with sensitive eyes is using the right products and proper techniques.
All appointments must be scheduled in advance (online, via message, or phone calls). We recommend booking at least 1hr in advance, especially for full sets or peak times.
Please give at least 12 hoursโ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations or changes with less than 8 hoursโ notice will incur a fee of Ksh 500 on the service charge. No-shows (no contact and not arriving) will lead to future appointments being charged in full to secure your session.
For first-time clients or during busy periods, a small deposit may be required to secure your spot. It will be applied to your service total.
Please arrive on time (not early or late). Arriving late may shorten your service time or require rescheduling if the technician has back-to-back clients.
We may need to remove it, which can add 10โ15 minutes to your appointment.
All services will require at least 1hr 30min to 2hrs for completion and perfection. Plan extra time so youโre not rushed afterward.
We love a calm, relaxed vibe. Quiet conversation or listening to music/podcasts (with headphones) is fine, but please keep noise low so the technician can focus.
Please inform us in advance of any eye conditions, allergies (especially to adhesives), recent eye surgery, or infections.
We understand emergencies happen. Contact us as soon as possible. Weโll try to work with you, but standard fees may still apply depending on notice given.
